Can I reschedule?+
Yes. Contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we will move the session to an available time.
What happens after booking?+
We confirm the time, contact you and send a short form about your health, experience and goal.
Is this suitable for a beginner?+
Yes. The plan starts at your current level. We ask about experience and limitations before the first load.
Where are in-person sessions?+
In Moscow. We agree on the exact location after booking. Track or arena access may be charged separately.
Is an official race entry included?+
No. The race organiser entry must be purchased separately.
