Cancellation and Refund Rules

Right to cancel

A consumer may cancel a service contract at any time and pays only documented expenses actually incurred for that contract.

Before and after start

Before service begins, the full amount is returned if there are no documented expenses. After a program starts, the refund covers the unprovided part less delivered services and documented expenses.

Request

Send your name, request reference, payment date, amount and request to the provider email.
